What We Do

The Food Wranglers are a small, hand-selected team of experienced restaurant professionals headed by Executive Chef Julio J. Ramirez, dedicated to finding the solutions to your restaurant business needs. Chef Ramirez will work together with you, your chef, and your manager to develop strategies to take your restaurant to the next level of productivity and excellence.

After meeting with you to discuss your particular needs and challenges, we will profile and analyze your operations, and then, working within your budget, we will develop a customized plan of action to achieve your goals. (Please be assured, our meetings and any information you provide to us will be strictly confidential.) Having successfully owned and operated restaurants in the Monterey Bay area for more than 20 years, we are familiar with the market, the business trends, and the clientele here on the Central Coast as well as with the many challenges involved in operating a restaurant today.

As a client of the Food Wranglers, you will receive our full attention. Chef Ramirez will work closely with you and your restaurant staff, providing his exemplary culinary knowledge and skills in hands-on one-on-one or small group training sessions. If needed, a member of our Wranglers team of restaurateurs––a wine list specialist, caterer, pastry chef, front of the house manager, and food photographer––will be at your service to provide consults in their areas of expertise.
